Appeal: Indecent Exposure, Todmorden

Police are appealing for witnesses following an indecent exposure offence on the canal tow path in Todmorden.

Officers are investigating the incident which took place between 12noon and 1pm on Thursday 15 February near to the Lever Street car park.  

The suspect is said to performed a sexual act on himself in view of two women in the area.

A 42-year-old man has been arrested in connection to the incident.

Enquiries remain ongoing.
