Man Arrested Over Fatal Road Traffic Collision, Thorpe Lane, Leeds

A man has been arrested in connection with a fatal road traffic collision in Leeds in which a woman pedestrian died.

The 29-year-old man was arrested this morning on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving in relation to the collision in Thorpe Lane, Middleton, last night.

At 9.38pm, the pedestrian, a 35-year-old woman, was involved in a collision with a blue Volkswagen Golf R, near to the junction with Redbarn Close.
