Man Charged in Connection with Disorder Harehills

A man has been charged after serious disorder in Harehills on 18 July.

Celan Valentin Palaghia 21 years old of no fixed address has been charged with violent disorder and arson.

He was remanded to appear at Leeds Magistrates Court today. (31 July)
