UPDATE: Fatal House Fire, Leeds Road, Huddersfield

Police investigating a house fire in Huddersfield in which a woman died in the early hours of this morning (31/7) can now confirm that a child has also died.
The eight-year-old girl died in hospital earlier today.
A 10-year-old girl remains in hospital in a critical condition.
Enquiries into the fire, which happened on Leeds Road, remain ongoing and a scene remains in place. The cause of the blaze, which was reported to police at 2:24am, is being treated as suspicious.
