First Men Now Convicted In West Yorkshire Following Disorder

Criminals convicted for their roles in disorder are set to be sentenced this week as investigations continue into offending in West Yorkshire.

Four men are set to appear before the courts this Friday (August 9)  to be sentenced after being convicted for offences such as affray, racially aggravated harassment and intent to stir racial hatred.

One of the men has been charged with encouraging or assisting violent disorder after allegedly posting social media posts encouraging disorder in Huddersfield on 5 August.
