Police Officer Charged with Harassment

A West Yorkshire Police officer has been charged with a harassment offence against a female victim.

PC Raza Mahmood, aged 32, who works in Calderdale District, has been charged with an incident of harassment in April this year in Halifax. He was off duty at the time.

He is due to appear at Sheffield Magistrates Court on 18 October.

He is currently suspended from duty.
