Police officers and staff who put themselves at serious risk, snared sex offenders and smashed complex criminal gangs have been commended in a special ceremony.

They were recognised for their dedication to duty and commitment to going above and beyond in the 2024 Kirklees Policing Awards which were held in a special ceremony at Dewsbury Town Hall on Thursday November 14th.
