Bus Passenger Appeal After Cyclist Seriously Injured, Whitehall Road, Leeds

Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious road traffic collision in Leeds city centre involving a cyclist and a bus.

The incident occurred in Whitehall Road at about 3.25pm on Wednesday, January 29, and involved a double-decker bus and an electrically assisted pedal cycle.

The rider, a 36-year-old man, sustained serious head injuries and remains in hospital in a critical but stable condition.
