Fall in Crime and Anti-Social Behaviour in Castleford Town Centre

An operation to make Castleford safer is continuing to see positive results with a fall in crime and anti-social behaviour (ASB) for the second year running.  

A specific operation was brought in in 2022 to tackle crime and ASB in the town centre following concerns raised by residents and local businesses.
