Friday 31 March, 2023LONDON – 31 March 2023–Fusion Consulting Group announces double IFA acquisition
Mitch Young and Adam Maurice formed Fusion Consulting Group in 2015 to cater to the Private Client and SME sectors providing a broad range of services including International Taxation, Business Advisory, Accounting, Financial Services, Legal Services and Recruitment Services.
The firm has acquired Prosperity Wealth Creation and the client book of a longstanding independent financial advisor to ramp up AUA within its financial services practice.
The group secured an M&A war-chest from SME Capital in October 2022 to disrupt the Professional Services sector, and these transactions are two of six strategic acquisitions that the group is looking to complete in 2023 after announcing its acquisition of FDU Group only two weeks ago.
Fusion Financial will continue to provide best in class financial advisory to its now enlarged client base and is keen to continue to grow its assets under advice this year by bolting on further strategic acquisitions as part of its buy and build strategy.
Adam Maurice, Director of Fusion said: “We are pleased to be welcoming Neil Jacobs to the Fusion Financial team where he will continue to provide excellent financial advisory to both his own clients and the wider Fusion client base. Having known Neil for many years, I am delighted to be welcoming him to the Fusion family”
Neil Jacobs, (previously Partner of Prosperity and Wealthwise Financial Solutions) commenting on the transaction said: “I am really excited to be joining Fusion at such an exciting time, and look forward to being able to spend more time working with my loyal clients and now also being able to tap into Fusion’s other service lines to offer truly 360 degree advisory.”
Fusion Consulting Group is one of a handful of companies in the UK that has been able to create a truly joined-up multi-disciplinary offering to private clients and SME businesses and continues to seek to disrupt the fragmented advice and ‘advisory gap’ which has become customary when working with multiple advisors.
