The track, written and produced by Trevor Carter at Empire Records in Melbourne, Australia, captures Brooksy's deep connection to his hometown and his beloved Bury FC.Brooksy's journey began with his soccer career, starting at Bury FC, where he had the honour of playing against legendary footballer Sir Bobby Charlton at Gigg Lane. Although he did not reach the highest level in professional soccer, Brooksy persevered, and a turning point presented itself when he was offered a three-year contract to play for Ringwood City in Australia. Since then, Australia has become his home, but his heart has never left Bury.The Musicmen, led by Brooksy, gained significant attention across Australian television screens after a captivating performance on Hey Hey It's Saturday's Red Faces.
