Haaland 'agrees Chelsea personal terms' with only Dortmund deal left to sort

Chelsea are said to have agreed personal terms with Erling Haaland and agent Mino Raiola - with Borussia Dortmund standing firm over negotiations with Jadon Sancho available for transfer
