Jules Kounde and Chelsea ‘have already agreed terms’ and want move done in January

Chelsea have a deal lined up for transfer target Jules Kounde and could bring him to Stamford Bridge as soon as next month with a number of defensive departures on the cards for Thomas Tuchel
