Wayne Pivac will today name his Wales team to face Italy, two days early.Wales go into Saturday's Six Nations finale against Italy bidding to claim their second win of the tournament, having lost to Ireland, England and France.Alun Wyn Jones is available for the first time this campaign having recovered from a shoulder injury sustained during the autumn, but Pivac is reported to have resisted the opportunity to start him. It leaves Jones, Seb Davies and Ben Carter vying for second-row cover on the bench. If Jones does come on, he will win his 150th Wales cap.Wales captain Dan Biggar, meanwhile, is set to earn his 100th Wales cap this weekend if he plays.Pivac names his Wales team at 2.30pm and a press conference will follow.
