Tottenham 'interested' in cut-price £17m deal for Memphis Depay but Barca ace 'not keen'

Tottenham have made contact with Barcelona as they plot a cut-price move for former Manchester United flop Memphis Depay, but Spurs' hopes of landing the Dutchman have hit a snag
