Tottenham 'on the cusp' of Djed Spence transfer as Daniel Levy steps in to thwart Nottingham Forest

The former Nottingham Forest full-back appears set to complete a transfer to Tottenham Hotspur and the Premier League this summer which would set up a City Ground return next month.
