Chelsea 'willing to break Harry Maguire record fee' and spend £85m to land Wesley Fofana

New Chelsea owner Todd Boehly is willing to sanction yet another marquee signing in the summer transfer window by bagging Leicester City star Wesley Fofana for a world-record fee.
