Leicester City respond to third Chelsea bid for Wesley Fofana

Chelsea have come back with another bid for the Leicester City defender in the aftermath of their 3-0 defeat to Leeds United over the weekend less than a day after Wesley Fofana was reduced to a watching brief against Southampton.
