Manchester United's Sir Jim Ratcliffe 'set deadline' by UEFA over Europa League ban

Sir Jim Ratcliffe and INEOS have been given until Monday to explain to UEFA why Manchester United and Nice should both be permitted to play in the Europa League next season.
