Olympic dressage star Charlotte Dujardin withdraws from Olympics after video emerges and says 'no excuse'

Charlotte Dujardin has withdrawn from the Paris Olympics and issued an apology following the emergence of a video showing the three-time Olympic champion making an "error of judgement" four years ago.
