Premier League rivals take early legal action in case Man City are found guilty of 115 breaches

Man United, Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham have all lodged legal notices for the right to seek compensation if City are found guilty of 115 alleged breaches of Premier League financial rules - but other clubs may no longer be able to take similar action.
