News24 | Mashatile commits to speedy implementation of BELA Act at former minister Bengu's funeral

To honour the late Sibusiso Bengu, the first education minister of a democratic South Africa, Deputy President Paul Mashatile has committed that the full implementation of the Basic Education Laws Amendment (BELA) Act will take place "as soon as possible".
