News24 | Cape Town using cameras to fine people not wearing seatbelts (and some who are)

The City of Cape Town is using cameras to fine people for not wearing their seatbelts. In at least one case, the City also issued, and then later revoked, a R500 fine issued to a motorist who is adamant that they were wearing a seatbelt.
