Lanarkshire "close" to facing restrictions as coronavirus cases rise

Rutherglen and Cambuslang residents are being urged to keep Lanarkshire out of lockdown as a rise in local cases brings the area "very close" to Covid-19 restrictions being imposed, according to the local health board.
