Health Minister Robin Swann had demanded concrete action to curb the spread of coronavirus and First Minister Arlene Foster and Deputy First Minister Michelle O'Neill delivered it yesterday. It wasn't quite lockdown and it wasn't province-wide, but for those affected in Ballymena, Belfast and three other postcodes it will certainly be quite a restriction on their lives starting on Monday.
