NHS Lanarkshire boss welcomes Covid vaccine with first doses to start next week

Dr Mark Russell, Associate Medical Director, Health and Social Care North Lanarkshire, revealed the priority groups in the first phase are health and social care staff, care home staff and residents, and people over the age of 80.
