Postponed by-election to elect new councillor in Fortissat rescheduled for March

The vote for the ward 13 seat in Shotts was originally scheduled to take place on Thursday, November 19, but was called off due to North Lanarkshire being placed in the highest tier of coronavirus restrictions.
