Sarah Everard police officer arrested 'was not on duty' when she went missing

Speaking to journalists outside Scotland Yard on Wednesday, Assistant Commissioner Nick Ephgrave said: "Our inquiries suggest that this officer was not on duty at the time of Sarah's disappearance.
