Adam Beard has grown into British and Irish Lions role: Warren Gatland

British and Irish Lions coach Warren Gatland has said Adam Beard was unlucky not to start the first Test against the Springboks after naming the Welsh lock on the bench for the decider against the world champions on Saturday evening.
