Publication date for Belfast artist’s new ghost book delayed by Suez Canal blockage 

Belfast author and artist Oliver Jeffers has told how the publication of his latest book was delayed by a month because the hardbacks were stuck onboard the huge container ship that blocked the Suez Canal.
