Joe Biden 'unlikely' to agree to Boris Johnson appeal for more time for Afghan evacuation

With seven days to go before the deadline for leaving Afghanistan the US President is not open to a Boris Johnson's plea at the G7 meeting to extend the air bridge out of Kabul.
