Ireland made the wrong decision with late penalty in France… I don’t understand the change in tactic

Both games yesterday were really intense and both could have gone either way. I think it’s a really good showpiece for so many people who watch the Six Nations, but don’t watch rugby all year round. It’s been a great tournament so far.
