Storm Franklin: weather warning for Herefordshire as storm approaches

Another weather warning is in force for Herefordshire as the third storm in a week approaches. Storm Franklin follows hot on the heels of Storm Dudley and Storm Eunice, which brought high winds and an amber weather warning to Herefordshire.
