Storm Franklin: Met Office's hour-by-hour Kent forecast for Dover, Dartford, Folkestone, Margate, Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells

A yellow weather warning is place for most of the country from noon today until 1pm tomorrow and Northern Ireland has an amber warning in place for Monday.
