Storm Franklin: Extreme flooding in Co Tyrone and Co Londonderry

As an amber warning for wind comes into force from midnight, much of Northern Ireland has been hit with heavy rain throughout Sunday as Storm Franklin begins to take force, with Counties Tyrone and Londonderry seeing some of the worst flooding in the region.
