Stormont officials work with UK Treasury on financial aid for NI households

Finance officials in Northern Ireland are working directly with colleagues in the UK Treasury to establish a method that will allow households here to receive extra financial support to pay energy bills in the absence of an executive, Stormont's Finance Minister Conor Murphy has said.
