Platinum Jubilee: Joe Biden congratulates the Queen as he pays tribute to her 'selfless devotion'

The first day of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations have so far seen Trooping of the Colour and a six-minute flypast over Buckingham Palace of more than 70 aircraft.
