Stranraer ‘murder’ suspect in court after man dies from serious injuries

Mark Allison appeared in private at Stranraer Sheriff Court on Wednesday where he also faced charges of assault to injury, assault to injury and permanent disfigurement and attempting to defeat the ends of justice.
