Mum who suffered allergic reaction from Pret wrap lay dying as shoppers 'stepped over' her

Celia Marsh died in 2017 after she had a deadly allergic reaction to a 'super-veg rainbow flatbread' from Pret a Manger that was incorrectly labelled as 'dairy free'.
