I have no doubt the majority of people who joined the queue to file past the Queen did it out of respect but I wonder how many were motivated by seeing others doing it?

Around 300,000 people over three days made the pilgrimage to Co Laois this week. They weren’t visiting a shine or attending a state funeral rather they were watching fields being ploughed. How on earth did the organisers make the turning of earth so popular?
