Stars turn out to celebrate life of fashion designer Dame Vivienne Westwood

Stars of the fashion, acting and music worlds turned out to pay tribute to the late designer Dame Vivienne Westwood at a memorial service to celebrate her life held at Southwark Cathedral in London on Thursday.
