'Real concerns' over patient safety and bullying probe at Birmingham NHS trust

The Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) said it had “real concerns” over reviews of patient safety, culture and leadership at the University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust.
