New calls for Cornwall to get a Cornish Assembly or Parliament with 'meaningful devolution' of powers

Mebyon Kernow Leader Dick Cole is putting forward a cross-party motion to full council next week for talks to be held with Secretary of State Michael Gove to give Cornwall similar powers to Wales and Scotland.
