Man accused of killing tragic Lilia Valutyte, 9, is 'unfit to plead' and will face a 'trial of the act'

Lilia, of Boston, Lincolnshire, tragically died in July 2022 from a stab wound to the chest - Deividas Skebas, 23, is charged with her murder.
