Serving Hertfordshire Police officer charged with rape while on duty for Devon and Cornwall Police in 2009

Sergeant David Stansbury, 42, is due to appear at Plymouth Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, April 19 after being accused of raping a woman aged 16 years or over.
