M25 Rickmansworth crash sees two dogs killed as elderly woman left with 'life-changing' injuries

A 25-year-old man from Luton was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and driving while unfit through drink or drugs, and he has since been released on police bail while enquiries continue.
