West Midlands Police officers guilty of sexual activity with victims and branded 'disgraceful'

Steven Walters, aged 55, from Swadlincote, and Anthony Ritchie, aged 46, of Tile Cross, Birmingham, were each convicted of two counts of misconduct in a public office.
