Blind recorder virtuoso to perform in Devon baroque concert

James Risdon, a blind recorder virtuoso who has performed at the Paralympics and the Wigmore Hall will play with the Devon Baroque Orchestra in a concert featuring works by Bach, Vivaldi and more.
