Warning issued to anybody with a Lloyds, Santander, Barclays, HSBC, Halifax mortgage over unwelcome trend

Mortgage holders at the UK's biggest lenders - from Lloyds, RBS, Santander and Halifax, to TSB, Barclays and HSBC - have been warned.
