Family of 15-year-old killed in M53 school bus crash pay tribute to 'warm hearted' girl

The family of a 15-year-old killed in a school bus crash on the Wirral has issued a tribute to her, saying she was a "warm hearted" girl whose death has left "a massive void in our lives".
